Blog-Post Assessment

My favorite restaurant is Panera Bread. (Directions Panera Bread, 95 New Jersey 17, East Rutherford, NJ 07073.) Panera serves all types of food from mac and cheeses to steak sandwiches. They also have dishes like pastas, soups, bagels, salads, and much more. My personal favorite on the menu is the Chicken Caesar Salad. It's delicious grilled chicken with fresh iceberg lettuce, and crunchy croutons. Panera is also a great place to go if you want to study or do work while eating. Many people bring their laptops/devices to Panera while they enjoy their freshly made meal.

Panera Bread was first created by Louis Kane and Ron Shaich in 1981. It was known well in the bakery/cafe category. Before it became Panera, it had started off as Au Bon Pain Co.,Inc. In 1993 the company had purchased a chain of 20 bakery cafes that were located        in  the St. Louis area. After many years of success and hard work, they changes their name to Panera Bread in 1997. (Look at history here.)
Panera is one of my favorite places because I enjoy the food and the environment. The staff members are always there to help you and make sure that you are satisfied. If Panera were to ever close down, I would probably go to The Grand Lux Cafe in the Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus. I find the food to be just as good as Panera and it's a family friendly place.
